humane euthanasia at Mountainside veterinary hospital
The Mountainside Veterinary team is here to help make your pet's final moments peaceful and full of love. We encourage families to bring their pet's favorite toys, special treats, and comforting beds or blankets from home. During end-of-life preparations, we recommend discussing who will be with your pet during the euthanasia. We welcome as many family members—people and other family pets alike—as you wish to have present. You'll have as much time as you need to spend with your pet, both before and after. Finally, our team can help you with decisions about aftercare and facilitate transportation should you choose to cremate.
